WELCOME TO FAMILY FOREVER JP
Welcome to our page, here we can tell you about our story, which led us to start this amazing charity.
Founded by Hayley & Steve Powell in memory of their son Jayden Who sadly lost his battle with a brain tumour at the age of 17. We help sick & terminally ill children and young adults make memories.
The charity's goal is to eventually purchase a static caravan so we can give families the chance to make memories in such hard times.
Family Forever JP
Family forever solely relies on the help of volunteers and the kind people who make donations.
We will continue to work hard behind the scenes to help families make everlasting memories.
We thank everyone who has helped us or made a donation to family forever in the past, present or future.
